Return Policies

NEVER RETURN an item without contacting us first!
If you do - the item will be refused when it is delivered to us.
 

The following are 3 scenarios for returning a product:

  1. Returning a product because of carrier error/damaged product:

If an item is DAMAGED during delivery, please contact us!  We will send FEDEX to come pick up the package. Once we receive the package, we will send out a new unit immediately.  You MUST contact us within 2 DAYS of receiving the item, this is very important as we have a time restraint for claims with our carrier. If you do not notify us within the 2 days we can not accept any damage claims. Customer is responsible for keeping the item in it's original condition & putting the item back in it's original packaging. There is no need for a label, FEDEX will have one for the package.  Customer is not responsible for any shipping & handling charges.

On non Custom Built items (Imports)-
you must let us know within 10 days of receipt
if there are any problems with the item. I.E. Assembly problems, damage or missing parts.  We will either refer you to the original manufacturer or send a replacement part if we have it. After 10 days we can not do anything.

  2.  Returning a product because of our error:

If it is determined that an error on our part has occurred ( I. E. we sent the wrong item or color  or wood or style), we will arrange for FEDEX to pick the item up from you.  Design features are not an error on our part nor is it an error on our part if the item does not do what you want it to.  You must package the item back in it's original package. There is no need to label the package as FEDEX will have a tag with them for the return trip to us.  Please contact us within 2 DAYS of receiving the item.  Once the item has been received we will either process a refund or have a new item sent out to you.  Customer is not responsible for any shipping & handling or other charges.

  3.  Returning a product because you don't like it or any other reason
        except as noted in above situations:


         Return your merchandise for a REFUND or Exchange (minus fees as listed below)
         up to 10 days within the orders ship date. 

         NOTE: The 10 day policy does not apply during the period 20 November 2009 thru
         4 January 2010, All items purchase during this time period  are eligible for return.
         We do this for the benefit of those who are purchasing presets for the holiday season.
         All other policies apply


        There is NO Refund policy after 10 days, except as noted above.

         Customer is responsible for shipping and any other handling charges to send
          the package back to us.
          Item  must  be  returned in it's original resalable condition and packaging.

          Item must be insured for purchase value when shipping back to us. 

          If item is not packaged correctly, is damaged, not  insured or does not have an
          RMA number, we will NOT accept thepackage when delivered to us.

Upon receiving your item and after inspection of the item, we will contact you to arrange a REFUND or exchange. All Refunds must be credited back to the original credit card used or by whatever means we originally accepted your payment to purchase that item.  We do not keep Credit card numbers on file. We reserve the right to send you a check regardless of payment method to us.

Fees deducted from your refund:

1. Shipping charges to you and from you.

2. Credit card processing fees of 6% of total invoice value if applicable.

3. Restock & Handing charges as follows: 

    40% of total purchase price on Custom Items (Items built by us)
    30% of total purchase price on NON Custom Items (Imported items)

Non Refundable shipping costs for items with Free Shipping by product as follows;
The amount shown will be deducted from your refund plus the fees above.
