Build Ship Times / Shipping Options / Policies

Build/Ship times:

    Our orders are processed within 24 hours.
    We have set the following time lines for build and ship timing:
    Your order will normally process and be shipped within 10-15 business days from
    the day we receive payment.  Note that business days do not include Holidays or weekends.
    Also, please note that delivery times are NOT part of the times set above.

    Most times you will receive the item sooner than as listed above.

    REMEMBER, you are ordering a CUSTOM item that takes time to build and finish.

    We do NOT charge additional for expediting an order for valid reasons.
    We would be more than happy to accommodate you. JUST LET US KNOW.
    Valid reasons would be: 
    Husbands or boyfriends who forget important dates: like anniversaries or birthdays.

We use the following shipping methods:

FEDEX Ground / Continental U.S.

FEDEX Ground Home Delivery / Continental U.S.

USPS - for APO's and FPO's

USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

Tracking your order:

Everyone one of our orders is shipped with either a shipper tracking number
or a delivery confirmation number.
At times we will also request a signature at our discretion.

When an order is shipped we will send you an email on the day your item ships.
